The seminar, which will provide attorneys in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania with Continuing Legal Education credits, will focus on real world litigation strategies that attorneys need to know when handling a personal injury case. Mr. Musmanno will discuss the issues which occur when first taking a personal injury case including initial case assessment and how to screen potential clients to ensure they are not frivolous cases, the presence, timing and severity of the injuries, the potential liable parties, and sorting out the insurance coverage issues.
