Personal Injury Lawyers Nj

Brach Eichler has announced that four attorneys have joined the firm in its litigation practice and have formed a new personal injury practice group. Edward P. Capozzi has joined Brach Eichler as a member, and Alex S. Capozzi, Corey A. Dietz, and Kristofer C. Petrie have joined the firm as associates. All four attorneys previously were with Seigel Capozzi in Ridgewood, NJ.

According to Litigation Chair Charles X. Gormally, '"Edward brings an outstanding track record of verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients and an excellent reputation among members of the bar to Brach Eichler. His status as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney has allowed him to build a robust practice of personal injury referrals from his peers who are confident that Ed will achieve a superior recovery for their clients. This confidence is bolstered by the fact that Ed has achieved the highest personal injury verdicts in the state over the past several years. We are excited about expanding our capabilities in this specialized area of law and welcome him, as well as Alex, Corey and Kristofer, to our practice."

"One of the hallmarks of our firm is our unwavering commitment to provide the highest level of service and deep expertise to our clients. The addition of this personal injury group within our litigation practice allows us to offer an even broader array of services to our growing client base," added Managing Member John D. Fanburg.

"By joining Brach Eichler I can now offer my clients a broader range of services aided by my partners who are experts in estate planning, taxation and business planning, while I continue to focus on achieving the highest possible financial recovery for my clients. Clients who I have had the privilege to work for over the years are enthusiastic about joining with me at Brach Eichler. I am happy to know that I can now offer a new dimension of representation to them," added Edward Capozzi.
